I’m Zara Tariq, founder of Know Me Aesthetics, Nurse Practitioner, mom, wife, and the woman behind the needle.

I’ve spent over 10 years in clinical medicine, training internationally to perfect the subtle, transformative art of injectables and skin rejuvenation. But what sets me apart isn’t just my hands—it’s my heart. I believe in holding space for women to feel seen, safe, and celebrated.
